Why are mantras so important? Because words matter! Your thoughts become your reality, so it’s important to make sure your thoughts are positive and empowering.

Jenny’s Top 5 Mantras:

  1. I control how I feel.
  2. I expect nothing and accept everything.
  3. I have time to do everything I really need to do.
  4. If it’s not a hell yes, it’s a no.
  5. I am a ______ wife. I am a ______ mom.
