Welcome to The Wild Card Podcast!  This is episode 175 of our attempt at this whole podcasting thing!! Today's episode features: Jared Eaton daydreaming about owning a Clucker's, Jeff Curtis hating the British (food), and Ron Blair setting Car 54 on fire (that's why they couldn't find it)! Throughout the episode, you'll hear the three of us discuss such varied topics as: the way this podcast was going to be tasteless but instead it's about vultures, a Commercial that's Death Proof, non chain restaurants Elizabethtown needs, Ingloriously lit orbs with nuggets inside, WILD CARD MERCH, Frederick Douglass and Abraham Lincoln canoodling, Emily Kohler's empire, and occasionally we part from our tangents to learn about some of the incredible figures in America's past and Celebrate Black History Month!!! This week, Jared covers the origin of Black History Month, and some of the most incredible badasses in US History: Mary Fields, Bass Reeves, and Henrietta Lacks!  Thank you for joining us on this journey to wherever and I'm not going to belittle Black History Month with a pun; enjoy the Podcast!

Please like/subscribe and leave comments below! P.S.  “I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality…. I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.”
