Welcome to The Wild Card Podcast! This is episode 96 of our attempt at this whole podcasting thing!! Today's episode features: Jared Eaton taking any excuse at all to talk about James Bond, Jeff Curtis hating on Aha, and Ron Blair lying on his stomach. Throughout the episode, you'll hear the three of us discussing such varied topics as: the way this podcast is about going back in time and correcting Ron's horrible errors, our favorite heroes, Shazam's amazing heights of mediocrity, the new (definitely not haunted) Wild Card Studio, and, occasionally, we part from our tangents for another edition of The Wild Cards Fix. This week, Jared facilitates a discussion of mental health and mental illness. The three of us attempt to be as open and honest as we can about such a challenging topic; while none of us are experts, we know first hand the toll this can take on a person. We also discuss ways to destroy the stigma surrounding mental health and what you can do if you are struggling. Join us on this journey to wherever and know that your three dumb friends are always here for you.

P.S. "Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”
