The real estate market is struggling, many mortgage companies are going out of business, even the CEO of our previous company was asking us why we would want to start a new company now? The reason? Easy, we wanted to be in the drivers seat, we wanted to take full control of our life, and our destiny. When you have a vision for the future, that is grand, you can’t be held down by the limitations of a company or of others beliefs. We wanted to have a company and system that allowed us to be nimble, to be able to provide the best possible service and rates to our clients.
