Is DIE HARD a Christmas movie?
It's got a tree. It's got a giant teddy bear. And it has real-life Santa Reginald VelJohnson.
It also has gifts that endure in the form of career-defining performances from Bruce Willis and Alan Rickman, even as we mourn the loss of these two giants from illness and untimely death, respectively.
Maybe it is a Christmas movie. Maybe it's just the ur-action movie. It's definitely one of the DADDDEST movies of all times, so yippee-kay-ay along with Tooky, Mike, and Dave as we leap off the side of a skyscraper into John McTiernan's 1988 explode-o-rama DIE HARD!
