Today we're going over the general recruiting process for MBA students. I'm just beginning my journey, but here's what I know so far!
- The process starts in September, but can start as early as May for diverse candidates (ex. Evercore's Pre-MBA process)
- Analyst > Associate > VP > MD
- Info session > Coffee Chats > Formal Interviews > Super Day > Offer
- Most IB students at MBA programs are done recruiting by January
- Networking, networking, networkingÂ
