I really enjoyed today's chinwag with Adam Forbes from Blake Oliver Consulting.
It is always fun to chat to Recruiters who are fairly early into their career (1.5 years in Adam's case)
As always, Adam has had an interesting Career journey. A plumbing apprentice, that moved into a Sales role due to a football injury, and now has become a successful consultant in the Insurance Industry.
We have a great chat about the experience of becoming a Recruitment consultant and Adam's key learnings so far.Â
