I love this Chinwag for so many reasons!
Firstly, it was great to catch up with David Hooker, an Insurance Recruiter I have known for a long time. In fact, we used to be (friendly) competitors!
We take a walk through David's incredible career and he shares loads of great tips and advice for any Recruiter, based off the lessons he has learned over the years.
We also discuss his new business "RecAlliance" which is all about harvesting buying power as a collective, to save Recruitment Businesses on their everyday expenses. 
A really solid example of Australian Innovation.
