Today I had the pleasure of meeting Isha Devarapalli! We had recently met on LinkedIn and decided to continue the conversation as a live Chinwag. And we loved it!
Isha has had a fabulous career, starting out as a Television voice-over artist, to coaching students, to moving into a sales call centre and then finally transitioning to Recruitment! It is a very inspiring journey.
We share our passions for DEI&B, particularly the old chestnut of "No local experience" and the difficulties faced by RTW parent's. We also discuss the benefits of working in an RPO model!
Finally Isha gives a piece of advice that really resonated with me "Don't forget the human touch"
