▪ [00:15] Kalei had talked about the movie "Skinamarink" in the last episode, however, after Carla watched it, she observed a number of weak points in the movie. Firstly, there were too many unnecessarily protracted shots, then there was no premise for the movie, and generally, the movie was quite boring.
▪ [02:47] Today's discussion will be around "Movie Essentials"; five good movies that movie lovers must see. In no particular order, for Kalei, the first is "Good Fellaz" directed by Martin Scorsese. It is a top must-watch mafia movie. Carla's first choice is "The Color Purple" by Steven Spielberg which is a historical black coming-of-age story on the effect of child abuse. It was nominated severally for oscars but with much controversy did not win.
