After watching a Meg Ryan rom-com flick at just 13 years old, Anna Clifford, owner of the boutique winery Final Girl wines, knew without a doubt that she would one day be a winemaker!
In this episode of the Cork & Fizz Guide to Wine Podcast, Anna walks us through her journey from majoring in winemaking in college to working in some of the most well-known wineries from Napa Valley all the way to New Zealand. However, there was one turning point in Anna’s career that left her heartbroken and it was at that moment she knew she had to start producing her own bottles of wine.
Anna’s dream of bottling her own wines includes many triumphs and struggles along the way. Not only that, she has also been raising her young family with her husband while building her winemaking dream.
