Wendy shares with listeners that in order to build the confidence muscle, we need to do things that stretch us. We need to take action on things that seem impossible and then give ourselves credit for making it to the other side.
She emphasizes that we have the power to create the life we want by building our confidence muscle. And this is done by building self trust through taking action. And often times, that means taking uncomfortable, scary action.
