Living purpose through passion both on and off the mat, Corey will share her story of yoga and her evolving ‘practice’. The concept of mat as mirror draws us inward. Balancing life and her invitation to ‘Meet Me on the West Side’ has led her to a very special and growing community of connection. Breathing in and letting go creates a beautiful space and mindset for growth. Taking advantage of opportunities as they appear in your path regardless of perfect timing is a lesson for us all.
