Herren Wellness opened in 2018 by former NBA player, Chris Herren (Boston Celtics) who recently celebrated 15 years of sobriety. The mission is to provide holistic wellness recovery services that positively impact the lives of individuals and families. The focus is on the ‘whole person’ (mind, body,
spirit) by combining holistic wellness with medical/clinical collaborations for continuity of care. Key to success is identifying your why through a journey of self reflection and by accessing various modalities of functional and lifestyle medicine. Profound impact on the next generation through the Hingham School Program. Celebrating 36 years of sobriety, Lori will share her personal journey and provide insight into what to look for on ‘the first day’ of substance use as parents, siblings, friends.
