Emily Summerhays is discovering the power of God’s light as she creates space in her life to open herself to inspiration. Growing up she always loved music with a mother who taught her to perform and share their musical talents. The influence of her mother has continued to shine in her music even though her mother passed away at the beginning of 2020. Emily’s example of being willing to open herself to receive inspiration from God to write music of hope and faith and put it out there to the world, has become a testament to her that God’s light can make our seemingly imperfect attempts much greater than we can imagine. God just wants us to start so He can have something to work with.
