The worldwide pandemic was a hard time for many people. Chelsea Doxey was a mother of 6 children at the time of the pandemic and it was a period of time when she hit her all time low and suffered a mental breakdown which required hospitalization. She shares her story of the triggers, symptoms and how she received help during one of the most trying times of her life. Chelsea is willing to tell her story because she wants to help others recognize signs of mental illness and she has a message for those who have loved ones who struggle with mental illness.
