Today's practice is about creating a massive aerobic base for our fall season. Intensity will be low, while we bring our volume up. We have 9x500, rotating a 500 Free, 500 Kick w/fins, and a 500 Back. Effort will be just above warm-up pace.
My plan is be a technique sniper. When I see something, the plan is to get that information to you quickly, make an adjustment, and then get back to the practice with technique at the forefront of our minds.
