In many ways, self care has been oversold and poorly understood over the past decade. What if real self care was different? What if taking care of yourself was actually the foundation for a better experience of health and life?

We believe it is and this season is all about showing you what real self care is all about. We start it off in this episode with the N.A.P. meditation. More specifically, the “N” part of the N.A.P. mediation.

In this case, “N” stands for neutral larynx.  Which is actually a focus on your voice box. In voice to pelvic floor therapy, this is the top of the 3 diaphragms within your body. So this is where we start today.
