In this episode you get to meet my oldest sister Shantel! Owner of Rhythmic Healing, she gives us an insight on what drum healing is, where it came from, and why we do it!
She gives us details in her training and what the future looks like. There is so much to be learned from the idea of sound healing and drum ceremony spaces and we talk in length of the history, materials, and use! We discussed my very first drumming experience, and she explains some of what going to a drum ceremony looks like, and how we use it to heal.
