I was talking with an agricultural researcher some years ago. He said something that I still remember: this success we have in growing plants, it all came about from our many failures. Only by finding what didn’t work, did we discover what worked best. While it seems odd, all that great Hatch Valley chile that you enjoy, well now, came about first by failure.
