About Episode
I spent most of my life controlled by my emotions. I was a victim of “I will do it later”. Or “Just one more episode.” It became this really debilitating cycle where I would choose the feeling of not wanting to complete the task over the need to do it. Becoming healthy, going sober and even mastering timeliness were areas of my life I desired to be freed from. A moment happened when I realized, what if I start small? What if I chose to fold my laundry right when it was done? What if I put the dishes in the dishwasher right away? It was years of doing the small things consistently that led to the breakthrough of sobriety and emotional eating. I know you too can overcome the battle of procrastination vs discipline.
