Angela Fernot knows more than most what it means to fight for her life. At 18 years old she was kicked out of her childhood home. Keeping herself fed and finding a place to sleep were competing with her dreams of pursuing a degree in art. Angela’s determination and grit helped her push past anyone including some family members who tried to stop her. She is still battling the nay sayers and voices in her head telling her she is not enough. Yet Angela's heart to serve others and help fight for those who (like her) needed someone to fight on their behalf is her motivation to keep fighting.
