• So many reasons why goals won't work- set yourself up for success by trying them on first
• Have you taken the time to reflect on all areas of your life you want to grow in?
• Reflecting on 2023 will give you the facts on WHY you didn't reach your goal, OR HOW you did
• Give yourself permission to praise all the HARD and GREAT work you did
• If you don't know where you have been, you won't know where you are going
• Set goals based on last year but set them big enough to create room for growth
• Don't buy the gym membership, the fancy gym clothes or journal until you KNOW your goal and are ready to sustain it
• Try your goals on, use January as a sketch month
