Life was going well, just well. But after a flood in her apartment Lauren Filbert was faced with a choice. Uplifting her life and going home to Wilmington, NC or staying in Raleigh, NC and fixing what was broken. Her choice while hard has led her to the best years of her life. Fulfillment and healing have been gifted to her. Join us as we talk about this decision and so much more that has happened because of it.

• Build your own toolkit for all you need to navigate mental health and neurodivergent
