Join us as we talk about plants, and the life that God has called him too. Lucas McLawhorn is the owner of Well-Fed Ed a plant based Vegan food truck in Wilmington, NC. All of his past and experiences have led him to this episode and the journey he is taking nourishing the community.

Since this episode was recorded Lucas has grown a philanthropic entity of his business donating meals to our community partners. - When you donate food, think about whether or not you would eat it. If you wouldn't, then don't donate it to someone else!
- Grab a few healthy snacks to donate when you see someone in need, vs giving "whats left" in your pantry
- What if our food prices were based on caloric intake? Shout out to my friend Alan Schleier for this idea!
- Zig Ziglar said, "You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want."
- Angels are placed in our life by God, and he answers our prayers. Sometimes he will trip you into your blessings
