Running with Feelings
George, a passionate young runner, finds comfort in the familiar, particularly on his Cross Country team and with his teammate, Michael. However, when a new coach arrives with fresh ideas and strategies, George's world is turned upside down. He prefers running with only one partner and is resistant to anything that disrupts his routine.
Through a conversation with his coach, George works through his resistance and realizes that change can be a positive force. He learns that embracing new ideas and strategies can lead to personal growth and improvement, both on and off the track. Despite his initial reluctance, George discovers that change can ultimately benefit everyone involved.
