As promised we are continuing our discussion about breastfeeding while specifically talking about nutrition for breastfeeding mothers. With discussions about hydration, calorie requirements, macronutrient needs, alcohol consumption while breastfeeding and caffeine, we are going through all aspects of maternal nutrition and dietary intake during breastfeeding.
