We are diving deep into TOOL 3: Shape Healthy Thoughts (Cognitive Reframing) and challenging ourselves to take one full day to examine our thoughts and thought processes. Take much-needed time to "notice" any cognitive distortions, or "faulty thinking," i.e., "stinking thinking." We also ask, "Am I living my God-breathed story or settling for second best?" As Janell guides you to "think, speak, hear, and know" yourself, your capacity to lead and guide YOURSELF will grow like a beautiful garden.
