There are so many voices: the voices of critics, social media trolls, unhealthy parents/family lineage, unhealthy coaches, etc. whose words get wired into our thought processes--resulting in negative narratives that block us from becoming stronger every day. Today, we learn the valuable lesson of hearing only TRUTH, not LIES, about who we are.
