Every project has three main ingredients. Scope, schedule, and budget. There are fairly standard processes used to manage all three for a successful project.
In this episode, we discuss some of the conventional thinking that can go into the HOW of a successful project, focused around schedule, and why some of those ways of thinking are actually traps.
