I figure most people will say that the former is of high importance. And I would guess that even more people aren't tracking any metrics around if they are being successful at it or not.
While we don't dive deep into the lagging indicators in this episode, we do give you some strong leading actions to take to score well in this arena. And it's up to each of us to make this happen.
