In life we all know that things must evolve and change. Most of the time it turns out to be a good thing, but what if things have to change, for everyone’s safety. What if things change because a murderer decided to kill innocent people that they did not know. This is what happened during one deadly day, in 1982, in Chicago, and its suburbs. A common comfort that helped people feel better ended up becoming an indiscriminate faceless killer.
