An abandoned mental hospital that is falling apart yet may still have residents.
Built in 1888 this hospital was initially an agricultural facility for the indigent. Over the years the hospital helped patients with the Spanish influenza, polio, rehabilitation and mental illness.
Closing decades ago the facility is still standing and has been known to be haunted by its prior patients. This story is about Rancho Los Amigos Hospital and the spirits of the South Campus.
