Chicago in the 1980s was a great place to be in your twenties.  Even though it was gritty, rent was cheap and there were plenty of bars and clubs to party at.  This was all great until the middle of 1981, women were being mutilated, sexually assaulted and having body parts removed.  It didn’t matter who you were, you were a target, this horror went on for almost 18 months.
