Much of what we do is dictated by our needs and desires and most of it is unconscious.  In this episode I will discuss some thoughts I've been having about the difference between needs and desires and what it looks like when they are aligned vs. when our desires become cravings and addiction.  
 
We will also do a deep dive into the habit loop and look at the parts of a habit and how to identify them and begin to shift them.
