With cold and flu season approaching, we have some great tips to get your body ready to fight them off! 

Our nose and sinuses were designed to help protect us when inhaling bacteria and toxins. Our nose has protective membranes, mucus, and little hairs called cilia that trap, and help move, bacteria before it enters our bodies. Nose breathing is very important to keep bacteria and toxins from penetrating our bodies! 

 

Skin is the bodies largest organ. It takes in oxygen and helps eliminate waste. We need to use better forms of soap, the current soaps we use are putting terrible chemicals on our skin. We recommend organic animal fats, and goat milk based soaps.

More key factors are getting adequate sleep, getting some sunshine, and drinker proper amounts of water. Ozonated water is best! Protect you and your family by taking some simple steps to boost your immune system!
