We all know through decades of research that smoking is very harmful to our bodies and it is talked about a lot. What’s not talked about as much is how harmful sitting at a desk all day is. Your posture affects your overall health and we were designed to be active. Desk jobs have a huge effect on our eyes, posture, and overall body. Society tries to create things to be ergonomic but humans weren’t built to sit in a car, at a desk, or on the couch all day.
