Very rarely does the end of a law enforcement career ACTUALLY mean retirement and enjoying life on the beach or with loved ones.

Whether you get a full career of 20+ years or not...you typically are NOT done working and have to begin the search for a new job or career. This week's episode covers 5 things to consider when searching for your new role.

Some may come as no brainers, but with a perspective from "the other side," from someone who's been there, done that. Some may be something you hadn't thought about when considering a new role. Some may not apply to your situation at all. But all of them are things I wish I'd been told about when making my initial transition, when I STRUGGLED with the seemingly constant rejection that led to lots self doubt and depressive episodes for almost TWO years!

I give an exercise for you to do in this episode and it might help to have a copy of the
25 Transferable LE Skills sheet downloaded. If you want/need more assistance after completing the exercise, click here to schedule a FREE 1:1 call with me to discuss the exercise.
