Beef, sheep and arable farmer Tom James, sheep and dairy farmer Nia Davies and dairy producer Bruce Mackie delve into what the term means to them and their farming systems at home.
What is clear is that sustainability for these farmers is all-encompassing; aside from the more obvious environmental element, equally important is efficiency, productivity and succession planning which also have an important role in securing these farming businesses for future generations.
