In this week’s episode, we take a deep dive into anxiety.  Levels of anxiety are at an all time high.  It is the most common challenge that I see in my 1:1 coaching practice.  In this episode, we explore the many root causes of anxiety.  We dive into how aspects of our modern lifestyle contribute to the rates of anxiety that we are seeing today.  We then identify the key foundational principles that must be addressed as we begin the process of healing and rebalancing.
