Would you be into this?
I've recently started sharing short, live videos (Savory Bites) on topics related to helping women in midlife undiet their lives through gentle nutrition, mindfulness, and body-respecting movement.
This episode is an unplugged, unedited recording of a Savory Bite that was posted live on the Alpine Nutrition Facebook page and the Savor Food and Body YouTube Channel.
I've been counseling and supporting women through healing their relationship with food and their bodies for over a decade.
During that time I've noticed what makes intuitive eating hard for women - especially when the midlife shitake hits the fan.
Over the years, I've noticed that focusing on 5 basic strategies has helped my clients in this season of life feel more grounded, more energized, and more confident in their choices around food, exercise, and self-nourishment.
Most importantly, these strategies have also helped my clients learn to trust and make peace with their bodies.
Today I'd like to give you a snapshot view of the SAVOR Strategies of Healing:
Take a deep dive into each of these strategies and apply them to your life during my 6-week small group SAVOR Coaching program.
