Description

When's the last time you thought, "what did I eat that's causing my brain fog...and why am I so bloated? I wish I could get my digestion under control."
 
Or maybe you swing between constipation and diarrhea as your brain spirals into...maybe it's the gluten...maybe it's the dairy...maybe it's the sugar...maybe it's the fat...maybe it's too many carbs...spiraling down the diet-wellness rabbit hole deeper and deeper.
 
I spent many hours down that rabbit hole and it wasn't until I started my Intuitive Eating practice that I learned how my body responds to strong emotions like stress, overwhelm, anxiety, grief, perimenopause-rage, and I'll be the first to tell you...it wasn't the food.
