If you've been following along with the past few weeks of podcast episodes, I hope you've found the Getting Started techniques helpful...and I'm guessing you've probably had a question or two pop into your mind - like,
"This is great Amanda, but how much carb, protein, and fat in the Trinity Eating am I supposed to eat to have more energy and better moods?"
That's a totally valid and valuable question to ask. But, how you ask it is heavily influenced by diet culture.
