When speaking with so many of my clients, friends, and family I'm hearing that they just want to go at a slower pace.  One thing that many people struggle with is finding that space where their body CAN slow down. In this episode, I'm sharing tips to easily implement a slower pace in your day-to-day. As I mention in the episode... you can't go from 100 mph to 0 in your car and you can't do the same with your body.
