On this episode we take it back to a topic we've covered in the past throughout our podcast's lifetime... MEDITATION. This time we dive deeper into the parts that have made it such a significant practise for us, our point of view when we began, why we started, why we recommend it, and some of our personal progressions over the years. The simplest way to discuss meditation is by first understanding that it is simply the act of paying very close attention to our thoughts, our reactions to them, and our ensuing behaviours as a result. It's about being mindful, aware, and conscious of what the external world and it's variables present to us on an ongoing basis. It's not so much about closing your eyes and clearing your thoughts, as it is opening your awareness and paying attention to your thoughts. Let's get right into it!
