We have about 60 000 to 70 000 thoughts per day! 90% of these thoughts are repetitive from from the previous day and 80% of the 90% are negative. 

Your thoughts are very powerful. They have the ability to shape your decisions and the person you are so it is important to make sure that you are aware of your thoughts and supplement the negative ones with positive ones.

In this episode, Sturr and I share with you the tips and tricks that helped us become more aware of our thoughts and why it is important to become aware of these things. 

Thoughts become words, words become action, action produces results. So make sure what you're thinking/saying to yourself is aligned with who you want to be!
