As per google, Naked stands for (especially of feelings or behaviour) expressed openly; undisguised, and this is an apt series of podcasts run by our podcast guest Nektarios Liolios, where he talks about mental health with entrepreneurs and brings out vulnerability and challenges in their lives!

Nektarious landed in the financial sector, with a non-financial mind as he says. He is an Ecosystem builder, Mental health advocate & Fintech entrepreneur.

Over the last 10 years, Nektarios has worked closely with hundreds of entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses. He is the co-founder of The Future Farm. Cofounded Startupbootcamp FinTech and Rainmaking Innovation and led the Innotribe Startup Challenge, the first global FinTech startup competition.

Driven by entrepreneurship, collaboration and the desire to improve the lives of people, Nektarios is a global nomad, travel geek, and sneaker freaker.

There were lots of key learnings that came out through this podcast:

• Have the courage to make strong choices, when you are mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted
• We need to make our work purposeful, fun and value-driven
• Entrepreneurs face far more challenges than anyone else, we need empathy and vulnerability to go hand and hand
• We need to create safe spaces at personal and professional levels to talk about mental health
• One must learn to give oneself permission to reach out for help and to accept if one is struggling
• Reaching out for Therapy is hygiene, we all need it

This podcast has all flavours. We travelled from phycological to mental, to physical to financial wellbeing, and the need to have authentic conversations!
