City Manager Michael Spurgeon and Councilor Johnnie Parks discuss the authorized economic development agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and Sunset at Broken Arrow, LLC, to bring a large-scale outdoor entertainment venue to the city’s southeast side. The public/private partnership includes a 12,500-seat capacity outdoor amphitheater for live, major musical acts on 13 acres near Events Park.
