They aim to help other working moms not just survive, but thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Larissa, an innovative thought leader, is a single mom and a soon-to-be-published author. Her passion lies in inspiring and empowering women to embrace their unique talents as their superpower. Tarrah, on the other hand, is an influencer manager and strategic sales operations expert. She is a mother of two soon to be three, married to a former special operations soldier, and is passionate about helping working moms live their best, most intentional lives.
The idea for this podcast came about when Larissa and Tarrah realized their shared values and their mutual support for one another. Despite never meeting in person, they found a deep connection and a common drive to make a difference. Their first encounter in Hilton Head, South Carolina, confirmed their synergy and sparked the idea of starting a podcast.
As working moms themselves, Larissa and Tarrah understand the challenges that come with balancing career, family, and personal well-being. They believe in focusing on what truly matters and prioritizing their time and energy accordingly. They reject the notion of trying to do it all and instead embrace a mindset of intentional living.
