Today we are sitting down with Shana Weisman with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties. Shana has a couple of crazy stories! The first one happened on Caravan, a seller whipped out a gun and showed it to another agent…oh boy! She then recalls a story where she was getting a property ready to show and realized a squatter had broken in and was staying in the upstairs bedroom. Thank GOODNESS he wasn’t there at the same time she was!
